The Maternity Center is a state of the art facility staffed by highly skilled health care professionals.  Almost 9000 babies are born at Holy Cross Hospital each year, more than any other hospital in Maryland or the District of Columbia. 

The Joint Center offers a broad range of services, from mobility and exercise classes to joint replacement surgery.  Thousands of orthopedic procedures are performed here, each one tailored to the individual's needs.

The Spine Center offers surgical, non surgical and minimally invasive interventions for disorders of the spine, in a state of the art facility.

The Bariatric Surgery Program features weight loss surgery specialists who use the latest surgical techniques and equipment, and then work with the patient to sustain weight loss, improve serious medical conditions and increase the quality of life.

The Cancer Institute is a state of the art facility that combines the most advanced cancer treatments with a mission to care for the whole person.  Holy Cross Hospital offers specialized expertise in women's cancer and prostate cancer, and treats more than 1300 cancer patients every year.

Holy Cross Hospital is planning to open a new facility in the near future, a hospital on the Germantown campus of Montgomery College, which would serve the area of northern Montgomery County.  The projected facility would include 101 beds in private rooms, including 6 psychiatric beds and 8 bassinets.  The new hospital would serve the aging population of Montgomery County and double the number of nurses in training.

Holy Cross Hospital is currently the largest hospital in Maryland, with 450 beds; there are more than 1200 doctors, 3200 total employees and 500 volunteers on staff.  More than 177,000 patients are seen each year; 32,000 inpatients are admitted and there are more than 159,000 outpatient visits.  There were also 87,240 visits to the Emergency Room last year.
